The living area is open plan with a high ceiling and wooden beams,
and the lounge has a large arched window which frames lovely vistas
of the garden. It is a bright and cheerful and a restful
room. |

From the
kitchen window there is a very pleasing view of the
surrounding countryside and the sunny patio & barbeque area.
The living room contains a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a dining
area and comfortable lounge area. The kitchen has lots of
cupboard space, and is fully equipped, having electric hob and
oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer, tumble
dryer, coffee maker, toaster, iron, etc. There is a
stylish, extending dining table with seating for 4. |

From the living
area there are three steps up to the bathroom, which has
toilet, bath and shower. The bedroom, beside the bathroom,
has a queen-sized Sleigh Bed with matching free standing furniture
and it has delightful views of the garden. |

Coach House has colour TV with Irish/English channels, DVD
& Radio/CD Player. It has Oil-Fired Central Heating and
an electric 'wood burning' stove.
This cottage has One Bedroom and Sleeps 2.
A Cot and Highchair are available on request at no extra charge.
Electricity, Heating, Bed Linen & Towels included in the price.
