Warren Farm : Horseshoe Cottage - 2 Bdrm Converted Stone Cottage w/ High Timber Ceilings

This fabulous bright and airy cottage has natural stone walls within and a large open plan living area with a super high-pitched timber ceiling. This area is divided by a large feature central chimney with a cast-iron wood/peat-burning stove !

You will find the living area up a few steps from the large kitchen and dining area. The slight change of level adds to the unique character of the house and is one of the features that people love most about Horseshoe Cottage. The living area is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite where you can relax, watch a film or read one of the many books in the cottage.

Horseshoe Cottage has a large modern kitchen which is equipped to the highest standards with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, CD/radio etc. The kitchen opens onto the patio and there is a view of the countryside and distant mountains from the kitchen window.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and wc.

The twin bedroom is alongside the main bathroom, which has toilet, bath and shower. The high ceilings and Velux windows in both bedrooms bathe the rooms in natural light and enhancing the pretty hand-painted floral stencils and furnishings.

Horseshoe Cottage also has satellite TV, a DVD player, a radio/CD player and you will also have unlimited access to wireless broadband at no extra cost.

The oil-fired central heating, bed linen and towels, electricity and Wi Fi costs are also included in the price.
